It's not complicated. I really love good food. I'm worried about the planet and appreciate the makers who bring real food, produced in sustainable ways, to our table. And I love serving up great meals and good stories to my friends. In October 2012, I decided to make a living doing it. I worked out of the Mercado San Agustin for 3 years and am looking for a new location. But for now I'm doing catering, private & pop up events and gifting, as well as supporting local restaurants.
